Starting off good
I feel great for a Monday. I told myself that I would start up my morning routine this week and I did exactly that. I went to the Gym and moved around a bit, after all I do spent most of my days sitting. It is a nice warm day out, well it is very cloudy but warm none the less. Lets see if I can keep this up.
