Just crashed a Cook out for some fresh from the grill food. Well I didn’t really crash it since it was open to any residents of my apartment complex. Haha but crashing a cook out sounds much better.
It is such a nice day out I think I’m going to have to head to the gym and listen to some old tunes like Will Smith, Usher, Linkin Park, and maybe some Tenacious D haha.

Today started out like a Monday, which is obviously not good. It got worse as the day went on with work drama (I love getting lied to while the other person looks you straight in the eye, don’t you?). Fastforward to 4:30pm, and I was miserable.
Here’s what perked me up:

Starting off good
I feel great for a Monday. I told myself that I would start up my morning routine this week and I did exactly that. I went to the Gym and moved around a bit, after all I do spent most of my days sitting. It is a nice warm day out, well it is very cloudy but warm none the less. Lets see if I can keep this up.
